Reservations

  • Please see the Downloads Page of our website to obtain a copy of the Policies, Prices, and Booking Contract
  • We will “pencil you in” with a first right of refusal for a week until you officially reserve your time. If you are penciled in and decide not to use our venue, we appreciate it if you let us know to take your name off our calendar. To officially reserve a time, the responsible party must sign this contract, and pay for the event.

 

Cancelations

  • If COVID prevents us from allowing your event due to goverment regulations, we will refund your money in full.
  • Cancelations within a month’s time are non-refundable. 
  • Cancelations within 1 to 4 months’ time will be refunded all but $200. 
  • Cancelations longer than 4 months before an event will be refunded all but a $25 administrative fee. 

 

Our Prices

** Please note there is an 8 hour minimum for wedding receptions, and a 4 hour minimum for other events.

 

** Please consider your decorating time as you plan what hours you’d like to reserve. If you need to decorate the morning of or the night before your event, then you need to reserve and pay for that time as well. We make an exception to this policy only for guests who have already paid for a full day event ($1800 or $1080) or who have an event on a Sunday. If desired, you may call the day before your event to see if we have that evening available. If it’s available, we are happy to allow you to come decorate early. However, if you know you must decorate the night before, it is best to pay for it. We will not guarantee you can get in the night before otherwise.

 

** We accept cash, checks to The Legacy Loft, or credit cards with a 3% fee.
